Making the decision to join a gym is a great step towards improving your health and overall quality of life. At Club Fitness, we are dedicated to making sure your experience is fun and effective.

 

 

Whether your goal is to maintain, lose weight or get fit for an upcoming event, we are certain we have the tools and support you need to succeed! With a diverse range of equipment, classes, and personal & group training options, you will learn that fitness can be fun and rewarding!

For over 13 years, we have been dedicated to our community!

CLASSES

We become better when we move together! Led by our certified and experienced instructors, our classes will challenge you to break through your boundaries, push yourself harder, and inspire you day after day. With a variety of classes ranging

from HIIT (high-intensity interval training, Zumba Dance, Strength Training, and more—our classes are sure to be the right fit for everyone, and all experience levels!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Get the most from your gym time. Work one-on-one with our personal trainers to set goals, customize your workouts, and ensure you’re moving in the direction you want. Not comfortable working out in our main gym area? No problem! Club Fitness has created private personal training rooms to accommodate while we work together to break through these fears and build your confidence!

GROUP TRAINING

Small group training has grown in popularity recently because it’s an affordable, fun way for  our clients to take advantage of our personal trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while pushing you harder, breaking your mind-set limits, and taking advantage of the  competitiveness of a group dynamic.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

Nutritional guidance is one of the many services offered at Club Fitness, to help supplement the effectiveness of your overall health transformation. We often use a food diary to better analyze and keep track of nutritional consumption as well as assist in the creation of a nutritional plan. As the saying goes, you cannot out-exercise a bad diet!

The facility is open 24/7 for members use! If you would like to schedule a tour or an appointment to sign up after staffed hours please call us for an appointment!
