Class/Training Cancellation Policy

8 hours notice is required for cancellation of a class session. Because our early morning classes are typically at capacity, this notice is required to give other participants on the wait lists a chance to look at the schedule by 9:00 pm to see if they can attend the morning classes.  Missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.  Anyone booking online who continuously misses booked classes may have their ability to book online revoked.

Our classes fill up quickly and many time-slots have wait lists. In order to ensure that all our clients are allowed the same courtesy, our cancellation policy will be enforced.

For those of you that are on the waiting list – you will be notified by e-mail as soon as you have been entered into the class. (Please make sure we have the best e-mail on file for you).

Medical/Emergency Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is permitted outside of the 8-hour cancel window where a participant is not able to participate in a single session for medical or emergency reasons. The class instructor must be notified in advance of class start and it is up to the discretion of the instructor whether or not credit will be issued. Repeat requests will not be approved for credit.
